LONG TIME NO HERE

August is the month all #@$$$ breaks loose. Students wait until the last moment to get their act together to come back to school. Even trying to register the week after school begins.

But I have news. I sold my house in Idaho. After countless tears over no communication and delays, and mislaid or misfiled documents, I signed yesterday at 4:15 and felt a wave of relief. I no longer have responsibility for that house.

Barbara Plagge, grandma, called this week to tell me they had found boxes of family history information in a shed and had sent it to me. WOW!! So exited I am I think I could dance on the ceiling. Well, maybe not.

And I had a dream, a good dream, that I was on a journey with my children, ALL SEVEN of them. And we were actually going somewhere. There were others with us. Different at times than at others, sometimes I was driving - no vehicle, but I guided us around scary corners, sometimes different children were driving. We never arrived but it was good being together. Penny was there, which for some reason I didn't expect, but I woke comforted, knowing we were ALL together. Happy day to all
